During an interview last night with CNBC, just prior to the Presidential Debates beginning, Texas Congressman and former GOP presidential candidate Ron Paul said, "...the difference philosophically between the two isn't that tremendous when it comes to foreign policy. Don't expect tremendous differences on the Middle East...or to the Federal Reserve or spending."
